One of my favorite old guys is not doing well. He is so much one of my favorites that I am more focused on the fact that he probably will not be around much longer rather than the idea that his passing might very well interrupt our very much needed time away next week.

A lot of my friends out there have taken on A LOT of responsibilities this Holy week. Hang in there friends. Stay healthy.

I was worried about that same thing. I was so worried that I almost felt guilty that Archie met God this week instead of next.

Almost, but not quite.

I was just where you are last year. I hope you will be able to do all that you need to do. (I was.)

(((will smama))) and ((((Cheesehead)))) too

This time next week it'll be Easter Monday :)

Praying that your friend's passing will be right for him and his family. Saying Goodbye is never easy, and it's hard too when you have so much on - and in desperate need of a break.

Our church doesn't really do Easter (simple service on Thursday night, and normal worship on Sunday) we did do an Easter play for a few years and that was really good (if hectic)
