VOLUME II: When the lessons of the past catapult you into the future.
We were thinking of you...Congrats!
Now *that* was a SuperBowl. It was good action the whole way through. Routs are so boring. I enjoyed this one, even though I'm not really a devoted fan of either team. I found myself rooting for the underdog, though, so I'm happy with the outcome.
Yup, I was thinking of you too....as I rooted for another New Orleans native quarterback!
Oh, was there a football game of some kind on last night?????;)
That great game has led me to reconsider where my professional team loyalties lie. I DO live in NY for gosh sakes!
I was rooting for NY all the way. Any team who can beat *my* team in *our* stadium when it is a zillion. degrees. below. zero. deserves the whole enchilada!(Plus, I'm not a huge Tom Brady fan, if you must know.)
I'm with cheesehead. Even though we live approximately 90 miles from Foxboro, we were firmly entrenched in the Giants camp. (Actually, I'm a Colts fan, and if one Manning couldn't be there, I was glad another one won!)
How is it that the Pats were still so smug afterwards? They were all "We're still the best ever, just not the best today so what" about it. And can Bill Belechick be more of a sore loser? I liked him better when he was one of the silent assistants under the Tuna. Best shot was of Strahan and Coughlin at the end. Feel that love man. Far cry from his angst at the start of last year's season. Also, Justin Tuck should have gotten the MVP. The way he smeared Brady's face on the turf all day was classic stuff!Go G-Men!
You go, ws!
